Trip to "ORANA WILDLIFE PARK"

Dear Sir/Madam

Hello, my name is Ivan this is about our trip to ORANA WILDLIFE PARK.

As soon as we got on the bus, I was excited about what animals what we could see, from there.

After 11-15 minutes of driving finally, we've arrived at the zoo.As soon as we entered the zoo, I saw a porcupine peeking at the rocks, as they say at the t.v. shows it was prickly and have long spines. But behind the porcupine cage theirs more animals! hiding the meerkats. They are in groups and always standing why though?After a long walk, it was morning tea already! During our morning tea, Carl and I have a walk and then we saw some lemurs in groups jumping and running on the ropes.After a good morning tea, we went to the kea's cage we saw the lady feeding them they were very playful as they were called the clown of the mountains.After an enjoyable trip to the kea's cage, we went to the nocturnal bird's nest with two legs, small flaps of wings the kiwi! As we entered it was dark and creepy as soon as we saw the Kiwi's it paid off.After we visited the kiwi we went to the king of the jungle's cage, the lion.I was the thrilled of the coolness of the lion it was so humongous.It was awesome.
I wish I could visit them another day.Next is the tiger with the fearsome black and orange stripes.Then after the visit to the tiger, we got back to the zoo school and eat our lunch.After a nice good lunch, we went to the rhinos cage and talk about them and their horns.After a few walks, we saw different types of Buffalo and Waterbucks but they are not really much a thrill.So we go to the runners of the wild, Cheetahs they were awesome.then the gorillas and the giraffes are pretty cool but we need to go back to school so we packed our thing's up and go.I would really say it was an awesome trip to the zoo.

The result did not met with my hyphothsis because medicine ball and basketball is the same time that land

Statistics Investigation Project

What have we are doing in maths is the gates used during the rebuild to make of the safety of the students in the school .

So we came up of doing google forms and sending out some question to fill them in.

In gate 1,( the nearest gate at hornby primary) we have 88% of students using it because of they are commuters and they said that its nearest for them to walk home.

In gate 2, the center had 11.1% of students using the gate  2

Gate 3 near the bk had 1.4% of students using the gate

base on our project we calculated that gate one is the most useful and the most popular gate among of the 3.

How i think this work shows my learning: I think  this task helps me to understand more about community and learn what community is.


If I did this task again what would i do differently: I will make understand more about community and do this task faster.


Somethings am wondering about or question: I am wondering about why It's Commitment,Achievement,Resilience and Respect.why not other stuff or honesty or something.

Yearly Cycle of fruits at Hornby High School

SUMMER

In summer apples flowers have been grow and maturing and ready to eat.
Then animals will eat the fruit and poo it out and grow a new tree.




On Autumn  fruits will fall down and leaves  and the tree is ready for winter.

What is the purpose of this task?to share what i learned by my mindmap.

how does it show my learning? it show by my mindmap that i learned what is  community.

if i did it again what would id differently? i will put much more to show i learned. 

Describe how hhs is a community? i dont know i need to learn more.I will take a picture to get a picture.
