Analogous
Analogous colours are when they are similar to each other, especially when they are next to each other at the colour wheel. I like the different colours of brown and the hint of pink in the colour palette.

Complementary
A colour scheme is composed by using two opposite colours on the colour wheel. This is the particularly contrasting of all colour schemes which attracts the most attention. This colour looks similar to a coral theme.

Compound
It's a type of colour palette that are almost the same as complementary. Instead of using colours that are opposite, it uses the colors on both side of the opposite hue

Contemporary
Contemporary colours are colours that use different colours inside of the same colour spectrum.

Double Split Complementary
Like split complementary, the colours are in the opposite sides of the colour wheel and uses both sides of the opposite colour, however here there are two.

Shades
Shades colour pallette just uses different shades in that same colour spectrum

Split Complementary
A split complementary scheme involves the use of three colors. Start with one color, find its complement and then use the two colors on either side of it.

Square
Square colour palette is when the four colours are spaced evenly in the colour wheel forming a square.

Triad
A triadic colour scheme, a unique variant of the split complementary colour scheme, with an equal distance between all colours. All three colours are distributed evenly around the colour wheel, causing there to be no clear superiority of one colour.
