1. Taylors Mistake

Who is he?
Taylor is the Captain of the Volga

What did he contribute to New Zealand?
Captain Taylor mistook the Bay’s identity anchored in the bay. Captain Taylor was then announced guilty for a navigational mistake in the bay. In the cause of the Volga’s incident which is then named the bay as “ Taylor mistake”.

2. Godley
Who is he?
He is the founder of Canterbury

What did he contribute to New Zealand?

3. Godley Head

What?
Godley Head was a WW2 coastal defence battery that was built in a 120-meter high cliff in 1939.

Why?
To look out for the Russians and Japanese people

  • Kiwi Guardian -

-  Godley Head - There is an adventure map you have to download and use it to look for the Guardian Post. On it is a special code word that you have to write down. After finding the code you can tell the D.O.C what is written and claim the rewards.
